A branch of Integra-Geofisika, Russia's open joint-stock company, has been registered in Azerbaijan, as reported in the single window's division of the Tax Ministry of Azerbaijan on Thursday.
Talyat Tagiyev is the spokesman for the company. The branch's cofounder is the open joint-stock company Integra-Geofisika.
The company was registered on October 10.
Founded in March 2004, the group of companies Integra currently occupies one of the leading positions in Russian in the sphere of petroleum services.
Since its foundation, Integra has consolidated 17 strategic assets it acquired: oil servicing companies and enterprises specialized in the manufacture of oil and gas field equipment in Russia and the CIS.
The group of companies Integra provides services in the spheres of drilling, capital and current repair of wells, projects integrated management, technological services, geophysical studies and works as well as servicing of the oil field equipment.
