Russian duty-free oil supplies to Kazakhstan to remain until 2014

Duty-free supplies of Russian oil to Kazakhstan will remain until 2014. Afterwards, the countries will pass to the substitution operations, chairman of the Kazakh national welfare fund "Samruk Kazyna" Umirzak Shukeyev said at an expanded meeting of the faction of the People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan" (ruling party) today.
Russia exports about seven million tons of crude oil to Kazakhstan without any duties every year.
"The system of Russian oil supplies will run until 2014," Shukeyev said.
