KazTransGas reports on the payment of dividends to the sole shareholder KazMunaiGas following 2011, the KazTransGas Public Relations Department said on Wednesday.
According to the results of KazTransGas in 2011 net consolidated revenues totaled 39.950.551 billion tenge.
The amount of 11.985.165 billion tenge, which makes up 30 percent from net income, the company has paid to the sole shareholder KazMunaiGas. Dividend per ordinary share of KazTransGas was 34.92 tenge.
KazTransGas was created in 2000 to organize the work in the oil and gas industry and to work on the corporate asset management in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of gas.
The group of companies KazTransGas includes businesses and organizations mining, transporting and selling natural gas and its derivatives.
