A SOCAR filling station called "Baku-1", which is atop of water, has begun the refeuling of yachts, boats and sailboats in Kiev on the Dnieper River, SOCAR said on Monday.

A SOCAR filling station called "Baku-1", which is atop of water, has begun the refeuling of yachts, boats and sailboats in Kiev on the Dnieper River, SOCAR said on Monday.

According to the report, the station opened at the "Azimut" yacht club.

"Its favorable location allows quickly and safely refueling their yachts, boats, motor boats and jet skis," the report says.

Two ships - one with diesel fuel "Nano", another - A-95 petrol "Nano" can be refueled at this station at the same time. In general, the reservoirs contain 67 m ³ of oil products. This allows fill several large vessels without bunkering refueling.

Non-self propelled refueling vessel Baku-1 under SOCAR brand was first launched on August 27, 2011. It works during a navigable period from May to September. It is intended to supply small-sized water vehicles with petrol and diesel fuel.
