Once the NGL 3200 project come on stream, some 72,000 barrels of gas condensates will be added to the daily output capacity of West of Karoun district - located at southwest of Iran, the project's executive director said on Saturday.

The project will generate 1.1 billion dollars of annual income for the country, IRNA News Agency quoted Abbas Larki as saying.

"The first phase of the project is expected to come on stream in 36 month," Larki said, adding that the next phase would come on stream 12 months after that.

"The project will also create 1,500 direct and indirect job opportunities," he added.

Larki had previous told the SHANA News Agency that the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) has finalized a deal with a consortium consisting of Iranian companies for building the factory in the form of an EPCF contract.

"The NGL 3200 is the first EPCF project that National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has on the agenda," he added.
