National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) has drilled 188 oil and gas wells during the last fiscal year (ended on March 20), IRNA reported.
The number of drilled wells by NIDC has increased by 28 wells year-to-year, said Hamid Bahmadi, the managing director of the company.
In total, some 365,290 meters of oil and gas wells in on/offshore sectors were drilled.
Bahmadi said that the number of drilling rigs of NIDC stands at 75.
