KazTransOil sees increase in profit

Kazakh national oil transportation company KazTransOil had a net profit of 43.02 billion tenges (335.69 tenges = $1) in January-September 2016 compared to 38.79 billion tenges in the same period of 2015

Kazakh national oil transportation company KazTransOil had a net profit of 43.02 billion tenges (335.69 tenges = $1) in January-September 2016 compared to 38.79 billion tenges in the same period of 2015, according to the company’s financial statements published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Nov. 25.

The company’s operation profit was 48.25 billion tenges in the reporting period as compared to 61.19 billion tenges in the same period of 2015.
KazTransOil’s revenues were 154.37 billion tenges in January-September 2016 compared 157.81 billion tenges in the same period of 2015.
The company’s assets rose from 619.26 billion tenges to 721.64 billion tenges in January-September 2016, while its capital rose from 472.93 billion tenges to 575.02 billion tenges.

The company’s liabilities increased from 146.33 billion tenges to 146.62 billion tenges during the period.
KazTransOil is Kazakhstan’s national operator of the main oil pipelines. The company operates a network of 5,400 kilometers long main oil pipelines and 2,000 kilometers long water pipelines.
