Russia’s Novorossiysk international sea trade port transshipped 56.95 million tons of oil in January-September 2017 as compared to 61.26 million tons in the same period of 2016, said a message posted on the port’s website.
The Novorossiysk port transshipped 23.06 million tons of oil products in January- September 2017 as compared to 24.21 million tons in the same period of 2016.
In January-September 2017, 107.74 million tons of various cargos were transshipped via the port as compared to 110.49 million tons in January-September 2016.
Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR transships its oil via the Novorossiysk port. The oil is delivered there via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.
