Turkey sees rise in share of natural gas in power generation

In January 2018, the share of natural gas in the power generation in Turkey grew by 4.27 percent, according to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) of Turkey. Roughly 26,333.61 MW electricity was produced from the natural gas in January 2018.

The share of electricity produced using natural gas is 32.24 percent, according to the report.
