Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih discussed on Thursday the possibility of softening quotas to reduce oil production within the OPEC+ deal, Novak told reporters on the sidelines of SPIEF-2018, TASS reports.
"Yes, we discussed it," he said.
