Ukrtransnafta PJSC, operator of the oil transportation system of Ukraine, sold all 10,000 tons of Azeri Light oil, available in the tanks of the Yuzhniy Sea Oil Terminal through e-trading at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, Enkorr agency reported on June 8.

The Exchange did not disclose the buyer's name. However, according to Enkorr, the entire volume was purchased by the Privat group for processing at the Kremenchug refinery. Trades took place in the mode of differentials with reference to the Platts quotations.

In 2018, the Kremenchug refinery announced plans to increase processing by 24 percent (0.6 million tons) up to 3.1 million tons, while it is unlikely to fulfill these plans during the first five months of 2018.

In January-May 2018, Ukrtransnafta PJSC imported 330,000 tons of oil compared to 307,000 tons for the same period last year.
