In January-June 2018, the prices for products produced by enterprises in Kazakhstan increased by 8.1 percent, says the message posted on the website of the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan.
"The increase in prices by 11.5 percent was observed in the mining industry, and by 4.2 percent in the manufacturing industry. The prices of industrial products rose by 8.4 percent, and the fees for industrial services rose by 5.3 percent," the message says.
According to the data of the Committee, since the beginning of the year, the prices for diesel fuel have increased by 18.4 percent, and the prices for oil - by 13.2 percent, for fuel oil - by 8 percent, for natural gas - by 4.3 percent, for metal ores - by 3.5 percent, for coal - by 3.4 percent and for car fuel - by 1.3 percent.
The increase in prices by 15.7 percent was observed for ferroalloys, by 10.1 percent – for ferrous metals, by 8.7 percent – for aluminum, by 5.2 percent – for zinc, by 2 percent – for lead, the message says.
"The increase in prices of producers by 8 percent is observed for rice, by 4.2 percent – for sugar, by 2.9 percent – for vegetable oil and tea, by 1.9 percent – for rye flour, by 1.1 percent – for fish, by 0.6 percent – for livestock meat, and by 0.5 percent – for bread, and the prices for wheat flour decreased by 5.1 percent, for cereals - by 3.4 percent, for pasta - by 1.9 percent, for poultry - by 1.8 percent, and for dairy products - by 0.4 percent," the committee said.
