Platform 14D of the 14th phase of the South Pars Gas Field in Iran will be installed by the end of this Iranian year (started March 21, 2018), said Hamidreza Masoudi, executive official of South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 14, Trend reports via Mehr News Agency.
He said that in general, an 83.4 percent progress was achieved in drilling operations as part of the project.
The drilling operations on the platform 14B of the 14th phase have finished, and by the end of the 11th Iranian month, wells will be cleaned, he added.
Masoudi added that steps have been taken to supply equipment for the platform 14D.
Commenting on laying subsea pipelines within the Phase 14, he said the pipeline construction between the 14A and 14C platforms has been completed.
