Following the successful experience of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) in exporting 13,500 tons of liquefied petroleum gas through the Energy Exchange, 11,000 tons of LPG were sold at the exchange on Oct.28, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
As reported, 11,000 tonnes of LPG produced by South Pars Gas Complex Phase 19 were offered at a price of $ 279.5 per ton.
Thus, NIGC was able to export the liquefied petroleum gas worth nearly $3.3 million produced by the South Pars Complex through the Iranian Energy Exchange.
In less than a month, the National Iranian Gas Company has been able to sell 24,500 tons of liquefied petroleum gas through the transparent platform of the Iranian Energy Exchange at the most attractive competitive price, the report said.
