On the basis of consultations and the agreement of the CEO of the Iranian Energy Exchange, petroleum and petrochemical products will be offered via the Kish Stock Exchange, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Kish Stock Exchange is a oil bourse stock exchange launched in late 2010. It is a stock exchange located in the Iranian island of Kish. Kish island is a free trade zone.
“Through the Kish Free Zone export policies, economic and financial capacity and the plan to launch international stock exchange in the island, the petroleum and petrochemical products will be there” Nasser Akhundi, deputy of economy and investment in at the Kish Island, said.
Akhundi also said that funding to complete the projects of the Kish Free Zone Organization is among the most important plans of the zone for this year.
