The oil and gas sector of Azerbaijan received 5.5 billion manat ($3.2 billion) of investments in 2019, which is 7.63 percent less compared to 2018, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, in 2019, the largest amount of investment was recorded in December - 689 million manat ($410.5 million), while the smallest was in February - 358.9 million manat ($211.1 million).
