Iran produced 45.8 million tons of chemical and petrochemical products during the first 10 months of this Iranian year (from March 21, 2019 through January 20, 2020), Trend reports referring to the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade.
The production increased by 1.9 percent compared to the same period of last Iranian year.
Some four million tons of polyethylene were produced during the reporting period which is an increase of 8.7 percent compared to the same period of last Iranian year.
The below-mentioned table includes the details of the main chemical and petrochemical products manufactured in Iran. The weight of products is indicated in 1,000 tons.
