The production of Iran's Ilam gas processing plant has increased considerably in comparison with previous years, said Abedin Zargoushi, vice president of operations at the company, Trend reports citing the company's website.
According to Zargoushi, sour gas processing and supply to the country's gas network increased by 10 percent compared to the previous Iranian year (from March 21, 2018, to March 21, 2019), and by 30 percent compared to the figures two years ago.
The vice president added that sulfur processing increased by 10 percent compared to the previous year and by 60 percent compared to three years ago.
The official said that production of gas condensates increased by 50 percent compared to last year.
Ilam's gas processing plant shipped over 23,000 tons of crude LPG to plant No. 4 at South Pars Gas Complex, he said.
According to Zargoushi, the company has sold a total of 85,000 tons over the past 12 years, out of which 75,000 tons were sold over the past three years.
