Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (Russia) has supplied new equipment to Uzbekistan that is used for oil production, Trend reports with reference to Metal Supply and Sales magazine.
“The equipment was delivered under a contract signed between Izhneftemash plant and oil producing companies in Uzbekistan. The delivery of 46 units of oil production equipment was completed in July 2020,” the message said.
In particular, now the companies of Uzbekistan will use the drives of deep-well rod pumps, which were manufactured in Russia.
According to the Russian supplier, the equipment has been modernized - its payload has been increased. Now with the help of new machines it is possible to lift the load, which weighs 10-12 tons.
"This equipment has an increased safety margin and will allow companies from Uzbekistan to significantly increase the efficiency of oil production at traditional fields," the message said.
