The average daily production volume of gas was 24-25 million cubic meters at the Uchaji gas field of Turkmenistan from January through August 2020, Trend reports with reference to the Nebit-Gas newspaper.
The work on the field is conducted by the Marygazchykarysh department of Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern.
The production complex of the Uchaji gas field includes a number of facilities furnished with modern equipment. Thus, a gas compressor station with a design capacity of 33 million cubic meters per day also functions at the production complex.
Turkmenistan is stepping up the implementation of projects aimed at prospecting, exploration, and industrial development of new oil and gas fields, as well as the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials and the manufacture of products that are in high demand on global markets.
As reported, special attention should be paid to the issue of diversification of Turkmen energy export resources, during the implementation of these projects.
In general, the projects are aimed at strengthening the potential of the country's oil and gas industry.
