About 1.5 million tons of diesel fuel was produced in Azerbaijan from January through September 2020, Trend reports citing a report from the State Statistics Committee.
On an annualized basis, this figure fell by 5.7 percent.
During the same period, kerosene was produced in the amount of 356,800 tons, which is 22.5 percent less than the same period last year.
As of October 1, 2020, the stock of finished products of kerosene amounted to 29,000 tons, and diesel fuel - 57,000 tons.
In January-September 2020, the total production of oil products in Azerbaijan in monetary terms amounted to 2.25 billion manat ($1.3 billion), which is 5.5 percent less than the same period last year.
