Azerbaijan’s Azerenergy OJSC has ranked the top exporter state companies in the first 11 months of 2020, according to the Export Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, Trend reports.
According to the center, over the reporting period, Azerenergy had exported products worth $56 million from Azerbaijan, which is decline by $19.9 million or 26.2 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Azerenergy OJSC, ensuring the functioning of the country's electric power system, coordinates the production and transmission of electricity, unified centrally controlled power plants, sub-stations, system high-voltage power transmission lines with a capacity of 110, 220, 330, 500 KV and their dispatching control. Applying new technologies, the company organizes an increase in generating capacities and the reconstruction of high-voltage transmission lines in our republic. At the same time, it carries out energy exchange operations with foreign countries.
