Iran's Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company continues its exports

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Jan. 18

The 5th cargo of products produced by the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company in the Khuzestan Province (southwestern Iran) has been exported, Executive Director of the company Mahmoud Aminnejad said, Trend reports citing Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company’s website.

The director noted that so far, the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Company has produced more than 300,000 tons of C2 + products.

Aminnejad added that according to the plan, 18,000 tons of fuel is transported daily from the NGL-900 plant to the company, at present.

"At the same time, daily 11,000 tons of methane gas is supplied to the Iranian gas network with stable production," he said.

The director stressed that in addition the company's plant produces 1,400 tons of ethane, 2,000 tons of LPG and 1,300 tons of pentane daily.

As reported, the Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company was built with an investment of $3.4 billion. And the company is currently operating. The company will be officially launched on January 21.

Iran's Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refining Company will bring $700 million worth of revenues a year to Iran if it operates fully.

At present, the company's plant operates in an extraordinary manner. The company's plant can produce 10.3 million tons of methane, 1.5 million tons of propane, 490,000 tons of butane, 922,000 tons of acid gas, and 400,000 tons of gas condensate per year.
