Gasoline production increases in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan increased gasoline production by 0.3 percent in January 2021 compared to the same period in 2020, Trend reports referring to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

According to the committee, the volume of gasoline produced in Uzbekistan in January 2021 amounted to 93,900 tons.

Also, In January 2021, the volume of diesel fuel production in Uzbekistan amounted to 49,500 tons, which is 50,500 tons less than in January 2020.

The committee also reports that in January 2021 Uzbekistan increased oil production by 4.92 percent compared to the same period in 2020. Thus, the volume of oil production for the reporting period amounted to 59,700 tons.

At the same time, natural gas production in January 2021 amounted to about 4.78 billion cubic meters, which is 4.36 percent less compared to the same period in 2020.

Moreover, about 127,600 tons of gas condensate was produced in Uzbekistan in January 2021. According to the information, this is seven percent less compared to the same period in 2020.

Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan reduced gasoline production in December 2020 by 0.9 percent. The volume of diesel fuel production in December 2020 amounted to 931,100 tons.
