A gas pipeline is being laid in order to improve the indicators of natural gas production in the Mubarek oil and gas production department, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
It is reported that to ensure the implementation of the decree of the president of Uzbekistan on measures for the sustainable provision of the population and the economy with energy resources, the financial recovery of the oil and gas industry, and the improvement of the management system, as well as the second stage of the Program for increasing hydrocarbon production for 2017-2021, the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department, is carrying out several works.
In particular, to improve the performance of natural gas production in the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department, a gas pipeline with a diameter of 720 millimeters and a length of L-25 kilometers is being laid to transport low-pressure gases from the Zhanubiy Kemachi field to a compressor station at the Kukdumalok field.
It is noted that at the first stage of the laying work, the Zevarda-Kukdumalok gas pipeline with a diameter of 720 millimeters and a length of L-13 kilometers was installed and launched.
In addition, it is reported that construction and installation work was carried out by LLC Muborak Neft Gaz Quruvchi. The funds of the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Directorate were used to achieve economic efficiency in the procurement of pipelines.
The Zhanubiy Kemachi field, owned by the Mubarek oil and gas production department, is located in the Karaulbazar district of the Bukhara region and was commissioned in 1980.
