Uzbekneftegaz plans to modernize compressor stations and commission a gas compressor unit No.10 at the head structure of the Shurtan oil and gas production department, Trend reports citing Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
Uzbekneftegaz said that in order to organize stable production at the enterprises of the system and ensure the fulfillment of product quality indicators, a project is being implemented to modernize compressor stations, a compressor shop and the construction of a gas pumping unit No. 10 located at the head structure of the Shurtan oil and gas production department.
In accordance with this project, the equipment is prepared in stages and supplied on the basis of tenders. In particular, 11 foreign contracts were concluded, providing for the import purchases of equipment manufactured at the plants of Sumy Machine-Building Research and Production Association (Ukraine), KMPO Motor Corp GmbH (Russia), Electrostandard-instrument (Russia), Endress + Hauser (Switzerland), etc.
Currently, construction and installation work is being completed on several internal parts of the compressor station, control valves and measuring and automatic equipment, low-voltage electrical equipment, three pieces of filter and separator equipment and gas-pumping unit No. 10, air coolers No. 1, 2,4,5,6.
With the participation of representatives of the Ukrainian LLC Sumy RPA, the internal part of the existing compressors of gas-pumping units of the 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 compressor stations was replaced. Together with representatives of the Russian company KMPO Motor Corp GmbH, commissioning of gas compressor unit No. 10 is being carried out.
In addition, the general contractor of Mubarakneftegazmontazh JSC is taking measures for the installation and commissioning of gas turbine engines of the NK-16STD model, gas pumping units, and three filter-separators on the unit.
Also, within the framework of the project, an air-cooled apparatus No. 4,5,6 is installed at the output of the units, 203 ZRA units are installed, control valves and measuring and automatic equipment, low-voltage electrical equipment are installed.
Moreover, within the framework of this project, it is envisaged to modernize compressor stations and put into operation gas compressor unit No. 10, which ensures the stable operation of the 5th stage of the separation of the propane-butane mixture with an increase in the pressure of natural gas. To date, work has been completed on the modernization of six such gas-pumping units.
The Shurtan oil and gas production department is located in the Guzar district of the Kashkadarya region and was commissioned in 1980. In 2013, compressor stations No. 8.9 of the gas-pumping shop with a capacity of 15 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year were commissioned.
