The main oil pipelines department of Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit State Concern delivered 1.8 million tons of oil to the domestic Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries from January through May 2021, Trend reports with reference to the electronic newspaper Nebit-Gaz.
The above-mentioned volume of oil was produced on the territory of the Balkan region of Turkmenistan.
Turkmenistan exceeded the plan in the field of oil and gas condensate production, as well as oil refining from January through May 2021.
During the reporting period, the plan for the production of gasoline was exceeded by 12.8 percent, diesel fuel by 0.3 percent, polypropylene - by 18.8 percent, liquefied gas – by 15.5 percent, natural and associated gas production - by 16 percent.
Meanwhile, the plan for gas exports was exceeded by 23.7 percent in the specified period and the development of investments in this sector – by 17.7 percent from January through May 2021.
