Georgian Gas Transportation Company LLC will carry out repair work on the Garadagh-Agstafa-Tbilisi gas pipeline from July 1 of this year, Trend reports referring to the company.
In connection with the work on the section of the pipeline 484.0-506.8 km, NASA + LLC, SOCAR Georgia Gas LLC and TAV Urban Georgia LLC will work from 06:00 to 16:00. Restrictions will be imposed on the supply of natural gas to Tbilisi airport.
The Georgian Gas Transportation Company systematically carries out repair work at gas pipelines and distribution stations to ensure a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted supply of natural gas to consumers.
The length of the Garadagh-Agstafa-Tbilisi gas pipeline with a diameter of 700 mm, built in 1959-1960, is more than 511 km. At the same time, the 75-meter section of the pipeline was replaced with a new one.
