Uzbekneftegaz completed the work on the construction of the installation of primary gas training at the Urtakum deposit of the Gazli oil and gas department, Trend reports referring to Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
According to the information, as a result of commissioning of the installation, by discharge from the composition of the extracted natural gas of reservoir water, and the release of gas condensate and mechanical impurities from the wells of the Andakli, Shorkum, Urtakum, Shimoli Susza and Chakkakum gas fields and transmission of pre-prepared natural gas to the Gazli gas processing plant, the hydraulic resistance of compression and corrosion of pipelines on the Kumley Stakir gas pipeline will be prevented.
In addition, it will be possible to conduct daily accounting of the consumption of natural gas produced from the wells of deposits.
It is reported that in order to reduce the cost of implementing the project, the necessary equipment and installations were completely selected on the basis of the technical solution of Uzlithineftegaz JSC using the internal capabilities of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
The Urtakum deposit is located in the territory of the Karakulsky district of the Bukhara region and commissioned in 2020.
