Azerbaijan exported 328,656 tons of oil to Turkey from January through July 2021, Trend reports citing the State Customs Committee.
According to the committee, in value terms, oil exports to Turkey amounted to $136.9 million.
From January through July 2021, Azerbaijan exported a total of 17.1 million tons of oil, which is 14.33 percent less compared to the same period of 2020. In value terms, oil exports amounted to $7.58 billion, an increase of 18.5 percent. Turkey's share in Azerbaijan's oil exports amounted to 2 percent,” the report said.
The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey exceeded $2.5 billion. Azerbaijani exports to Turkey stood at $1.54 billion, and imports - $962.3 million.
In 2020, trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey increased by $187.2 million compared to 2019 - up to $2.22 billion.
