Austria imported 45,083 tons of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude worth 17.2 million euros from January through May 2021, Eurostat told Trend.
No petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals were supplied from Azerbaijan to Austria in January, February and March 2021.
This figure stood at 16,644 tons in April and 28,439 tons in May.
The value of exports is as follows: 6.5 million euros in April and 10.7 million euros in May.
The export of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, crude from Azerbaijan to 27 European Union (EU) countries exceeded 3.2 billion euros from January through May 2021.
The data released by Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy shows that the country exported about 14 million tons of oil with condensate from January through June 2021, which is by 667,000 tons or 4.8 percent, less than in the same period of last year.
