Thus, Smailov ordered the Energy Ministry to prepare legislative amendments to reform the structure of production and sale of petroleum products in one month's time.

He added that today the state bodies are working to prevent the growth of the cost of coal.

“In this regard, the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition, together with the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, needs to take the measures provided for by law to maintain coal prices at the level of 2021,” Smailov said.

At the same time, Smailov instructed the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development to carry out the monitoring and to analyze the underloaded and idle capacities of the food industry and implement measures for their further loading.

Taking into account the measures proposed today, Smailov instructed the Ministry of National Economy, together with government agencies, to submit a set of measures to control and reduce inflation by February 1.
