BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 29. National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) exported about $108 million worth of various oil products through the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), in the 5th month of the current Iranian year (July 23 through August 22, 2022), Trend reports citing Shana News Agency.

In total, the NIOC sold about 190,000 tons of various oil products worth 33.4 trillion rials (about $119 million according to the SANA exchange rate) at the IRENEX in the 5th month.

Within the 5th month, the National Iranian Oil Company sold 43,300 tons of diesel worth 12 trillion rials (about $42.9 million), 100,000 tons of mazut worth 11 trillion rials (about $39.3 million), as well as 27,700 tons of white oil worth 7 trillion rials (about $25 million) and about 18,900 tons of gas condensate worth about 3.4 trillion rials (about $12.1 million) at the IRENEX.

NIOC has put up a total of 100,000 tons of mazut, 83,200 tons of white oil, 43,300 tons of diesel, and about 34,000 tons of gas condensate for sale at the energy exchange for the reporting month.

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 278,779 rials, and the price of $1 is 279,738 rials.
