BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 5. The value of sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), amounted to 26.4 trillion rials (about $92 million), for the current Iranian week (October 1 through October 4), Trend reports citing the IRENEX.
In overall, 187,136 tons of hydrocarbon products worth about $24.6 trillion rials (about $85.5 million) were sold at the Iran Energy Exchange during the current week.
Moreover, about 2.55 million kilowatt-hours of electricity worth 1.88 trillion rials (about $6.56 million) were sold at the IRENEX within the mentioned period.
At the same time Standard Parallel Salaf (Islamic contract similar to futures) documents worth 409 billion rials (about $1.42 million) were also sold at the energy exchange.
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 281,681 rials, and the price of $1 is 287,209 rials.
