BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 17. Azerbaijan’s total crude oil and oil products’ exports stood at around 22 682 798 tons worth almost $ 17.180 billion from January through October 2022, Trend reports November 17 with reference to the State Customs Committee.
In terms of import volume, Italy came in first with 8.363 million tons worth $6.264 billion, followed by India with 1.878 million tons worth $1.548 billion and Israel with 2.060 milliontons worth $1.503 billion.

There are three main oil pipelines transporting oil from Azerbaijan to its neighbors and on to world markets: Baku-Novorossiysk Pipeline, Baku-Supsa Pipeline and Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Pipeline.
In addition, railway lines traversing the length of Azerbaijan are also used to convey oil to the Batumi and Kulevi terminals located on the Black Sea along the coast of Georgia.
