BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 5. About 40,300 tons of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX), on February 5, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.

According to the IRENEX, Iranian Marjan Petrochemical Company’s 40,000 tons of methanol, as well as Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 300 tons hydrocarbons products will be on sale on the international floor of the energy exchange.

Meanwhile, on February 1, a total of 10,400 tons of products worth 2.21 trillion rials (about $7.2 million according to the SANA system) were sold at the Iran Energy Exchange.

In general, the value of total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) amounted to 122 trillion rials (about $398 million) in the 10th month of the current Iranian (December 22, 2022 through January 21, 2023).

Overall, more than 715,000 tons of hydrocarbon products worth about 114 trillion rials (about $371 million) were sold at the Iran Energy Exchange within the 10th month.

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is currently 331,991 rials, and the price of $1 is 306,930 rials.
