BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 29. Azerbaijan's main gas pipelines lost 50.7 million cubic meters from January through September 2023, up by 42.82 percent over the year, Trend reports via the country's State Statistics Committee.
The data from the committee showed that in the same period in 2022, the figure amounted to 35.5 million cubic meters.
From January through September 2023, Azerbaijan's main oil pipelines transported 29.78 million tons of oil, an 8.3 percent increase over last year.
The local main oil pipelines lost 50.6 million cubic meters in 2022, a 4.5 percent increase over 2021.
