The issue of sentence on court examination between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and American Frontera Resources, formerly involved into the development of the onshore field �Kursangi-Garabagli’, is postponed to late 2005, the SOCAR told Trend.
Frontera Resources brought a suit against the SOCAR in the amount of the $23mn for caused damage.
