Bayva-Enerji, an operator of the energy distribution network Bayva-Qerbenerji and Bayva-Jenubenerji carries out reforms in sale of the electrical power. The Bayva management took a decision to pay salaries to the inspectors based on the collection of money from the customers, having no meters, the company told Trend.
According to the company’s data the salary of the employees is increased 2-2,5 times at the result of such a mechanism. Application of this method liquidates negative moments while collecting money for the electrical power supplied.
