Work over text of intergov'l agreement on Kazakhstan's joining to BTC complete
A meeting dedicated to agreement on Kazakhstans joining to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export oil pipeline was held at the government of Kazakhstan, Trend reports quoting the Press Service of the Kazakh Prime Minister. A special working group established in this connection has concluded work over the text of the document.
Azerbaijan got familiar with the variant and does not have conceptual objections. The agreement on BTC fully defends the countrys interests, Kazakh Prime Minister Danial Akhmetov underlined.
An agreement on Kazakhstans joining to the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline system will be signed by the heads of state during the summit of the Council of Mutual Understanding and Confidence Measures in Asian due in June 2006.
