Rusneft of Russia I talking to State Oil Company of Azerbaijan on operating at onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan, SOCAR officials told Trend.
At the moment Rusneft is studying various variants of Azerbaijans inshore oilfields development. In the event of economic attractiveness of such selected field, Rusneft will conclude a PSA-like contract with SOCAR.
