The production well stock of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (including joint ventures and operating companies) totaled 6,174 wells according to the eight month results, up 9 wells over month, Trend reports with reference to SOCAR.
From the total amount of wells 4,742 (4,729 in January to July) are in the active stock and 1,422 (1,426 in January to July) in idle. 10 (the same as in January to July) wells are being developed.
