Etibar Pirverdiyev, the President of Azerenerji Joint Stock Company, stated that the first stage of establishing the SCADA system at Azerenerji is nearing its completion, Trend reports.
The system will be included in the imitation regime. Over the month it will operate on test mode and after that the dispatcher center will be replaced, he informed.
The first stage of the project was implemented at the expense of в'¬ 2.5 mln allotted by the German Bank KfW. The second stage of the project will be impleented at the expense of the funds from World Bank.
The Company President stressed that the total cost of the second project is estimated to be $55 mln, which will include $47 mln to be allocated by the World Bank and $8 mln by Azerbaijan.
