The State Statistics Committee officials informed Trend regarding January-November 2006, period, that approximately 3.7 mln tons of oil products have been sold in the internal market of Azerbaijan.
647,500 tons of the total volume of oil products fell on gasoline, which is by 17.6% more over the year. Wholesale price of Рђ-92 gasoline in the internal market (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is AZN 432.30, Рђ-96 - AZN 484.70.
In January-November 2006 Azpetrol reportedly acquired 356,120 tons of gasoline for sale, LUKoil 129,500 tons.
Diesel fuel sold in January-November totalled to 663,400 tons, 14.7% down as compared to 2005. Wholesale price of 1 ton of diesel fuel is 397.46 AZN (VAT inclusive). In January-November 2006 Azpetrol reportedly acquired 260,050 tons of diesel for sale, LUKoil 84,910 tons and Caspian Sea Shipping 24,540 tons. The latter also purchased all petrol nearly 59,210 tons, as well as 1,730 tons of engine oil.
The greatest deal fell for the fuel oil. In January-November of 2005 1721,800 tons of fuel oil have been sold, which is by 26.7% less than 2006. Wholesale price of 1 ton of fuel oil Рњ-40 is AZN 77.88 (VAT inclusive). During first 11 months Azerenerji JSC received 1,098,500 tons of fuel oil and Oil refinery named after H. Aliyev 525,140 tons.
Aviation kerosene sold in the market totalled to 470,300 tons, down 11.3% over year. Wholesale price of 1 ton of this fuel (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is AZN 411.68. SC AZAL reportedly received 436,900 tons of this fuel in this period and the other enterprises acquired 33,390 tons.
Sale of petroleum bitumen totalled to 130,800 tons, up 49.1% than 2005. Wholesale price of 1 ton of bitumen BN 60/90 (VAT and transportation costs inclusive) is AZN 108.90.
