Orgsintez, a part of the group of enterprises of state-run company Azerkimya postponed the tender on purchase of raw materials, Trend reports referring to the Enterprise.
The tender announced purchasing 15,000 tons of sulphuric acid to be used in the production in 2007. It has been postponed from February 7, 2007 to February 28 due to the lack of the required number of participants. Only one company submitted its application to participate in the tender.
In accordance with Article 11 of Bill On State Purchases, if the number of candidates submitted the tender bids is less than three, then the purchasing organization (procurement agency) repudiates to continue the organization of the tender and makes it public within 5 week days. The forthcoming tender participation fee is 200 AZN.
