Prices for Azerbaijani Oil as Result of 21-25 May

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr V. Sharifov / The average price for AZERI LT (CIF) oil, which is transported by Azerbaijan via Georgian Batumi and Turkish Ceyhan ports, increased by $2.54 per barrel (3.67%), compared to last week, and made up $71.70 per barrel within 21-25 May.

The maximal price for AZERI LT during 21-25 May amounted to $72.80 per barrel, the minimal $70.77. The thickness of the Azeri Light is 34.6 API decrees with 0.14% of sulphur.

The average price for URAL (EX-NOVO) oil exported by Azerbaijan to Novorossiysk port rose by $2.52 per barrel (3.93%) and comprised $66.54 per barrel. The maximal price for URAL accounted to $66.89 per barrel, the minimal $65.56.

The thickness of URAL is 32 API degrees with 1.3% of sulphur. However, the specification of the oil alters while sale depending on the domination of high-quality oil in its mixture.

The average price for Brent Dated oil increased by $3.01 per barrel (4.44%) and made up $70.79 per barrel. The maximal price for Brent comprised $71.93 per barrel last week, the minimal $69.83. The thickness of Brent Dated is 38.3 API degrees with 0.36% of sulphur.
