Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Aliyev / Azerenerji joint-stock company has announced a tender for the provision of equipment for sub-stations within the framework of the Electricity Transmission System project financed by the World Bank (WB).
The tender will provide for high voltage power transformers (two 330/110 KW transformers with the capacity of 200 mega-volt-amperes, two 110/35/6 KW transformers with the capacity of 63 mega-volt-amperes, one 110/35/10 KW transformer with the capacity of 40 mega-volt-amperes, one 10/0.4 KW transformer with the capacity of 630 mega-volt-amperes and other transformers, as well as training units).
Admission and consideration of the tender proposals will be held by 9 July. The total value of the project is estimated at $55mln, with $47mln to be allotted by the WB and $8mln by Azerbaijan. The project provides for the introduction of the SCADA system into all Azerbaijani regions.
