Badalova / The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is ready to share its experience in production, transportation, and processing of oil with Sri Lanka's oil companies, the President of SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev, reported at the meeting with Sri Lanka's Export and International Trade Development Minister, L. Peiris, and the Minister for Oil and Development of Oil Resources, Abdul Hamid Fowzie, on 17 August.
Peiris highly appreciated the development in cooperation in different fields between the two countries, especially in the oil and gas sector, and noted Sri Lanka's high demand of oil and oil products.
SOCAR's president noted that the proposals of the Sri Lanka administration were being considered and studied.
