The money supply rate (M2) (cash in circulation outside banks) increased by almost 12.3 percent and amounted to almost 14 billion manats as of late October 2018 as compared to early 2018, Trend reports citing Azerbaijan’s Central Bank.
The amount of cash money supply (M0) decreased by 5.16 percent to 7.12 billion manats and Broad Money Supply (M3) increased by 3.6 percent to 23.59 billion manats.
The transaction money (M1) increased by 10.14 percent to 11.6 billion manats.

M0 = cash in circulation (banknotes and coins)
M1 = M0 + demand deposits (including bank debit cards), balances in national currency in the accounts of non-financial institutions, financial (except credit) organizations.
