Tajik Amonatbonk and Promstroibank of Uzbekistan signed a loan agreement in Tashkent in the amount of $10 million, Trend reports with reference to the Tajik media.

The chairman of the Uzbek bank for industry and construction Aziz Voidov held a meeting with the head of Amonatbonk, Sirojiddin Ikromi, where the parties signed an agreement on opening correspondent accounts.

Moreover, Alisher Mirsoatov, Chairman of the Board of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan, discussed a credit agreement on trade finance with Ikromi.

After discussion, they signed this document, making some amendments to it.

It is worth noting that in this agreement, Amonatbonk acts as an intermediary, providing Tajik companies with financing, using which they can receive goods in Uzbekistan.

Subsequently, Tajik suppliers must pay a loan to an Uzbek bank through Amonatbonk.
